Join us as we explore a new mystery series each month, starting with The Haunted Library by Dori Hillestad Butler, with engaging discussions and fun activities. 

Connect with a classic story and build confidence reading out loud as we put on a reader’s theatre performance in just one hour! Each month we’ll tackle a new story, learn new stage skills, and discover new aspects of theatre production.  

Sonia Vanhook from the SWVA Higher Education Center will introduce us to the LEGO® Education Coding Express- a STEM kit that sparks students’ curiosity and creativity. Combine blocks and learn computer concepts such as sequencing, looping, and conditional coding.

It’s a library visit from our favorite pups! Emerging readers can practice their skills by reading aloud to a certified therapy dog.
