Join us for self-care on the first Tuesday of the month in our beginner yoga, movement, and meditation class. All ages and abilities are welcome. Andrea Metcalf, a local Yoga teacher and market farmer, will teach the class.
Homeschooling families will make connections at the library while participating in fun hands-on learning activities.
Have you wanted to learn to make sourdough but think it's too complicated? Then this class is for you! Join Andrea Wann with Virginia Cooperative Extension to learn the basics of sourdough and make a starter to take home (one per household).
