Enjoy a gentle afternoon yoga session in the calm setting of the library. This class features slow movement, light stretching, and mindful breathing, suitable for all levels. Relax, reset, and unwind–no yoga experience required. Andrea Metcalf, a local yoga teacher, Master Gardener, and farmer, will lead the class.
