Come join us for an hour of yoga and fun! Learn how to flex and stretch using a chair to modify yoga poses. Chair yoga enhances your focus and creativity, improves your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Karen has been teaching chair yoga since 2018. She currently teaches Chair Yoga at the Coomes Recreational Center.
