Learn how to flex and stretch using a chair to modify yoga poses.
Chair yoga enhances your focus and creativity and improves your flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Karen Baker will lead the sessions. Karen has been teaching chair yoga since 2018. She currently teaches Chair Yoga at the Coomes Recreational Center.
