Signature of patron registration card serves as a statement of
agreement to comply with the following conditions:
Borrowers must be at least 18 years old and must accept financial
responsibility for damage/loss of the video cassette(s) borrowed.
Library cards are required for any check out.
Library card holder must be present at time of check out.
Borrowers are limited to three (3) videos.
Loan period for videos is three (3) days.
Fines for videos are $2.00 per day, per video.
Maximum fine for each video is $6.00.
Replacement fee for each video is $26.01.
Fines for lost or damaged video cassette cases are $1.00 per
case.
Videos are not to be returned through the bookdrop! All video
cassettes are due by library closing time on the date due and should
be returned at the circulation desk. A fine of $1.00 per video
will accrue for violations of this policy.
Failure to pay any fees resulting from fines or loss/damage of
library materials will result in suspension of borrowing
privileges.
Video cassettes are to be played on compatible machinery.
Video cassettes are not to be duplicated or erased.
Video cassettes may not be reserved or held.
Videos cannot be renewed by phone.
Videos are for HOME USE ONLY unless otherwise stated. Public
performance rights are stated on the video.
